These terms cover your use of vitrolo.com. Client work is covered by a separate written agreement, and if the two ever differ, the agreement wins.

Free drafts.

A free draft is a sample made for you at no cost and with no obligation. Drafts may use sample images and are not live websites. We take drafts offline after 30 days if you don't go ahead.

Prices.

Prices on this site are in U.S. dollars and may change. The price in your signed agreement is the one that applies to you.

Payment.

Client projects are paid in full after you approve your draft and before the site goes live.

Ownership.

Once paid, your site files are yours. Domains are registered in your name. Logos are made for you to use; if you want trademark protection, please talk to a lawyer.

Sample work.

Sample sites on vitrolo.com, including Tidemark Auto Detail, are concept work for fictional businesses. Any resemblance to a real business is not intended.

Third parties.

Product and company names mentioned on this site belong to their owners, and Vitrolo is not affiliated with them. We can't control how search engines or other platforms rank or display businesses.

No guarantees of results.

We don't promise rankings, calls or sales.
