Payments
Online payments go through your business's own Stripe account. Customers pay you directly. We never hold your money.
Ordering/table/loyalty care: $125 for 3 months, $239 for 6 months, $459 for 12 months. Paid up front, never part of the bundle discount. The first 3 months of ordering/table/loyalty care are included free ($0) when you pick table menu, online ordering or loyalty. Any care plan you add starts after the included 3 months.
Questions
Whose account do online payments go to?
Yours. We connect online payments to your business's own Stripe account, so customers pay you directly. Stripe's own fees apply. We never hold your money.
What is the tablet mode?
The table menu can also run on a tablet at your counter or on the table, so guests can browse and order without their own phone.
How does the loyalty card work?
Customers collect points or stamps when they order. You choose the reward. There is no app to download.
Do I need a website to take orders?
No. Online ordering comes with its own order page. If you have a website, we link to it from there.
Is care included with ordering?
Yes, for the first 3 months. With the table menu, online ordering or loyalty, the first 3 months of care are free ($0) and show as their own line in your quote. If you add a care plan (3, 6 or 12 months), it starts after those included 3 months.
I have more than one location. What does that cost?
Each extra location is an add-on. It is not counted as an item, and it gets the same bundle discount as your items.
