Vitrolo is a small studio based in Türkiye. Contact: hello@vitrolo.com. Our company name and address are on every agreement and invoice.

What we collect.

Only what you type into our forms: your name, business name, city and state, email, and anything optional you add (phone, links, notes). We may also keep basic, anonymous visit statistics that don't use cookies.

Why we collect it.

To build your free draft, send it to you, answer your questions and, if you become a client, to do the work you hired us for.

Calls and texts.

We only call or text you if you tick the box that says we may. You can tell us to stop any time.

Who we share it with.

The services that run this website and our email: our website host (Cloudflare) and our email provider. We don't sell your information and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it.

If you don't become a client, we delete your request 12 months after your last message. Client records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your choices.

Email us to see, correct or delete your information. We'll reply within 30 days.

Children.

This site is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
