The free draft
Is the draft really free?
Yes. We build it, you look at it, and you only pay if you decide to go live. No card, no contract to see it.
Why do you build it before I pay?
Because it's easier to decide when you can see it. Most people don't want to pay for a promise. Neither would we.
How long does the draft take?
Your draft is ready within 24 hours after we have your details and photos.
What do you need from me for the draft?
A few basics: your business name, city and email. If you send photos, your menu or a link to your current page, the draft gets even closer to the real thing. If you have none of that, that's fine. We start from what's already public about your business and ask you only for what's missing.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us what's off and we'll change it. If it's still not for you, you owe nothing and we take the draft offline after 30 days.
Price and payment
What does it cost, all in?
The price on our Pricing page, paid once. A website on its own is $500. Pick 2 or more items and you get a bundle discount of 12% to 19%; care plans are not discounted. Your domain name and an info@ email address that forwards to your inbox are included for the first year.
Do you offer discounts?
One, and it is the same for everyone: the more items you pick, the bigger the discount. 2 items 12%, 3 items 17%, 4 items 18%, 5 or more items 19%. Care plans are not discounted.
Are there monthly fees?
No. Care is optional and paid up front for 3, 6 or 12 months. If you don't want it, you don't pay for it, and your site stays live.
How do I pay? Is it safe?
By a secure payment link, only after you've approved your draft. You get an invoice in your name for every payment. We never take card details over the phone.
What happens after the first year of my domain?
Your domain is registered in your name, and we manage it for you. If you have a care plan, the renewal from year 2 is included. Without care, it is about $15 a year, and we email you 60, 30 and 7 days before it's due. If a domain isn't renewed, the site goes offline when it expires.
Ordering, tables and loyalty
Whose account do online payments go to?
Yours. We connect online payments to your business's own Stripe account, so customers pay you directly. Stripe's own fees apply. We never hold your money.
What is the tablet mode?
The table menu can also run on a tablet at your counter or on the table, so guests can browse and order without their own phone.
How does the loyalty card work?
Customers collect points or stamps when they order. You choose the reward. There is no app to download.
Do I need a website to take orders?
No. Online ordering comes with its own order page. If you have a website, we link to it from there.
Is care included with ordering?
Yes, for the first 3 months. With the table menu, online ordering or loyalty, the first 3 months of care are free ($0) and show as their own line in your quote. If you add a care plan (3, 6 or 12 months), it starts after those included 3 months.
I have more than one location. What does that cost?
Each extra location is an add-on. It is not counted as an item, and it gets the same bundle discount as your items.
Ownership and leaving
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain is in your name from day one, and the files are yours once the site is paid.
What if I don't want a care plan, or want to stop?
Your site stays live. Nothing switches off. If you'd rather run it yourself, we move your site to your own account, hand you the admin login and remove our access.
What does the info@ email address do?
It's an address like info@yourbusiness.com on your own domain. Every message sent to it lands in your own inbox, for example your Gmail. Replies go out from your own address. If you want to send from info@ itself, you'd need a separate mailbox from an email provider, paid by you.
Who owns the logo?
It's made for you, and you can use it everywhere. If you want to register it as a trademark, talk to a lawyer first. We'll give you all the files.
Working with us
You're in Türkiye. How does that work?
Very simply. Websites are made on computers, and we talk by email, phone or video call. Our design team is in Türkiye and we have a contact in the U.S. Our studio details are at the bottom of every page, and our company name and address are on every agreement and invoice.
Do you use AI?
Yes, as a tool, to work faster on drafts and ideas. A person plans, designs and checks every site on a real phone. Sample images are labeled, and your live site uses your real photos and information.
Do you ever ask for my passwords?
Never. We don't need the password to your email, your social accounts or your bank. If we ever need access to something, we ask you to add us as a user yourself. We also never take card details over the phone.
Do I have to do anything for the domain?
One thing. The company that registers your domain emails you a confirmation link. Click it once. It's a rule for every domain, and if nobody clicks, the domain is suspended after about 15 days. We remind you.
Can you get me to the top of Google?
No one can honestly promise that. We build a fast, clear site and make it easy for people to call you. Search engines decide the rest.
Will you write reviews for me?
No. Fake or paid reviews break the rules of review sites and U.S. law.
I only have a Facebook page. Do I still need a website?
Keep your Facebook page. A website is a place you own, and it shows up for people who don't use Facebook.
Can I change things myself later?
Yes. If you run the site yourself, you get a simple edit panel for text, photos and prices. On a care plan, just send us what to change.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Local businesses of most kinds: restaurants, cafes, car washes and detailers, pressure washing, roofing and HVAC, salons and barbers, cleaning companies and more.
